Return Policy: Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 2 business-day exchange, no-refund policy, which means you have 2 business days after receiving your item to request to exchange your purchase if your product was damaged. Please be advised, all items are carefully inspected before leaving the Studio to ensure quality control. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must have been damaged when you received it. It must be unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase (this can be the digital or paper copy included with your purchase).

If your exchange request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Once we have received your order, a refund can be expected in 5-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Unfortunately, we do not process refund requests for gift card purchases. 

The fastest way to ensure you are able to get a replacement should your item be damaged is to replace the order once your refund request has been approved. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your original item, and as soon as we have sent out your new item for delivery!
