Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect payment at checkout, and email you your order. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Pre-Stitched Suits
Most of the suits we have are stitched to be modest, this means the sleeves will be lined and if a suit is "strap lining" style in a model image, it will be fully lined. This applies to all of our suits, unless there is a custom order suit, or otherwise specified. Please feel free to contact us via E-mail, Instagram, or phone for details per item. You can also send us a message on our live-chat support and we will get back to you immediately during business hours (8:00AM-5:00PM EST). If you reach out to us after hours, please consider reaching us through Instagram DMs as that will be a faster response time.
